How does it work?
Technical study within 48 hours
Our engineers analyse your roof (orientation, pitch, structure) to determine the maximum solar yield based on PVGIS and CEB data.
Signing the solar lease (20 years)
You become a solar lessor: your roof hosts a power plant operated by Solar-Cash.mu.
Installation and commissioning
The system is financed, installed, insured, and operated by Solar-Cash.mu. You pay no upfront costs, and maintenance and insurance are fully covered.
Annual rent payment
You automatically receive your share of the CEB revenue each year in your account.
Transfer of ownership after 20 years
